Gulf States Saw & Machinery Co. have established themselves as the global leaders in steel fabrication technology. Beam Layout Welding machines allow steel fabricators to maintain a competitive edge in the industry and maximize tonnage.
This wire feeding device can connect wire feeder and reel together using wire feeding pipes. Wire reel supporter can be used to fix wire reel. Before welding, insert wire reel into supporter and then feed wire thrill through feeding tube.
We sell machine tools, robotics systems, and other fabrication equipment. But we also offer education to ensure our customers remain competitive in a global market. You will be able to stay ahead of the curve with our seminars, factory tours and other programs as a client.
We have years of experience across many industries and a broad range of technology. This means we can help anyone, from small jobs shops to multinational companies, to use the most up-to-date equipment and technology. We can design, specify and install any type of metal fabrication equipment.

Beam Layout Welding includes a tool carriage mechanism, a platform with a vertical column and an upper platform, seam tracking devices, wire feeding devices, wire reel supporter and flux recovery systems.
Beam Layout Welding applications can be downloaded remotely using a connected computer or network. You will also find a one-day data log to keep track of machine operation. This option allows you to make beams larger than the standard 72" in size. All components of the system can be modified for larger web sizes.
A welded beam consists of three individual sections of steel – a web, a top flange and a bottom flange. These segments are merged together with deep fillet welds to create an incredibly robust building material.
